Rotten Beat Manifesto is the fourth album of HIV + releases in 2004. It is the first to be signed on a foreign label, Black Flames (Poland), which closed its doors in 2005 without paying its artists. The cover art was made by Userdx - the designer for the Out Of Line label - and it's probably one of my best-selling (1000 copies) and most critically acclaimed albums. This record allowed me at the time to go and play a few dates in Mexico, the United States and Canada. Fourth opus for the first time in digital on the net!
